Getting started
Which devices does Snaza work on?
Snaza is an iPhone app. You sign in with your Apple account so your wardrobe can be backed up and restored.
How do I start my digital wardrobe?
Begin with what you wear most this season. Photograph pieces one at a time, or choose an outfit photo and let Snaza find the separate pieces for you to review. Our guide to making a digital wardrobe walks through it step by step.
Do I need to add everything I own?
No. A wardrobe is useful as soon as your everyday pieces are in it. Add the rest over time.
Membership and credits
Is Snaza free?
Snaza is offered as a membership through the App Store. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe, and you manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.
What are credits?
Some features process images, such as recognizing pieces in a photo, making studio covers, reading care labels and photo try on. They use monthly credits included with membership. The app always shows how many credits a step will use before it starts.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset each calendar month and do not roll over.
Using Snaza
Can I plan outfits for the week?
Yes. Open a date in Today, browse your saved looks and pick one. Each choice stays until you change it.
How do care labels work?
Add photos of a garment's original care labels. When you ask, Snaza reads the visible fibers and care instructions, marks anything uncertain and asks you to confirm. It never invents instructions that are not on the label.
Can I make a laundry list?
Yes. Choose pieces or looks, review the list and save it as an image to show your cleaner. It uses no credits.
Is there a widget?
Yes. The Today's Look widget shows the day's outfit on your Home Screen.
Privacy and data
Does Snaza use face recognition?
No. Snaza does not use face recognition and does not create face templates.
Where are my photos stored?
Your originals start on your iPhone. After you sign in, wardrobe details, looks and garment images are backed up privately to your Snaza account. Photo try on results stay on your device.
Does Snaza track my location?
No. Weather uses a city you choose or, if you allow it, your approximate location while you use the app. There is no background tracking.
